The firm’s attorneys are admitted to practice before all courts in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, and provide litigation services in all areas of the firm’s practice. Members of the firm also have been admitted in other federal courts for particular matters.
